Glorious Ladies On Wheels
GLOW MTB aka Glorious Ladies on Wheels is located in the Upper Valley of VT/NH was established in 2021 as a weekly ladies group mountain bike ride has now turned into SO MUCH MORE.
We are a rad group of ladies focused on being uplifting and encouraging to one another and building a community. We want you to share your knowledge with other riders and support them on their mountain bike journey and whatever that means to you. Some love riding just to be out in nature, some for mental and physical health, some are professional athletes, some like to race for fun or not at all and others are really looking to become a Professional Leisure Athlete! Whatever is your reason for riding, this is a place for you!
We promote good trail stewardship and attend local trail maintenance days, host clinics and other events in our local community.
We produce and host a podcast to keep you informed of what is happening in our community and sharing our tips and tricks on the trails.
A portion of all proceeds from sales of merchandise or at our events will be donated back into our community.

Meet the founder and the story behind glow mtb
Juli Hamblin
Hi! My name is Juli Hamblin, I live in Hartland, VT with my husband and our two daughters and work full-time as a Physician Recruiter. I love being outdoors and have been an avid mountain biker and snowboarder most of my life.
I started the Thursday Night Adventure Ride for intermediate women mountain bikers with the goal to learn some less familiar trail systems in our area and meet more riding buddies. It was inspired by the group my friends Jodi and Jill co-led when I first moved back to the Upper Valley. I loved riding with other ladies, the ride vibe was just different and I missed having that regular weekly meetup.
Navigating is not my strong suit, in fact you could say I am a bit directionally challenged and even though everyone knew that we likely were going to get a bit lost - more and more ladies in our area were showing up for the Adventure Ride. One late September night after a ride at the trailhead we decided we needed a name. logo and custom jerseys! GLOW MTB was born and we took off like hot cakes, no real plan at first, but the ideas from the crew just started flowing!
I am so grateful to those known as "The Founders" of GLOW MTB who come up with fun ideas, host, lead and help plan and organize - they are who make GLOW MTB truly special. THANK YOU Janet, Gretchen, Stacia, Mary, Kelly, Anna, Devan, Becca and our GLOWtographer Doug!!
While we are growing as a community and adding more to our mission, we stay true to our core values of being encouraging and uplifting to one another, celebrating our progression and most importantly, having FUN ON BIKES. It is amazing what community can accomplish together and I am so honored to have the support of this group and our local clubs and businesses in building this community in more ways we could have dreamed of.
